Served as Elected Franklin Township Trustee     January 1, 2015 – May 2, 2016

The 72-year-old lifelong resident of Indianapolis had touched so many lives through friendship and his illustrious career. Keith left his mark on the Indianapolis Fire Department, Westfield Fire Department, Carmel Fire Department and the Franklin Township Trustee’s Office. He was genuine and a leader’s leader.
Keith resided in Franklin Township for 37 years.
He is survived by his wife Cindy Mowery-Smith, children Jill Smith and David Smith.
